We’ve taken our croissants, handmade in our bakery, and captured their essence in a chocolate bar. First, we blend their butteriness into the base chocolate and then we augment it with crisp, browned flakes of baked croissant.

We are delighted to be working with these fine cacao beans from the Hacienda Victoria, a progressive farm known for its stewardship of the land and its delicate fermentation, showcasing the mellow nuttiness of the Arriba Nacional beans.

As this bar has been made with fresh croissants, we would advise that you eat it as soon as possible to ensure the buttery flavour is at its freshest.

Pump Street Bakery is een bekroonde bakkerij in het dorpje Orford aan de Heritage Coast van Suffolk. Na het perfectioneren van natuurlijk gerezen brood, zijn we begonnen met het maken van ambachtelijke chocolade van cacaobonen die we rechtstreeks importeren van single estates en coöperaties over de hele wereld, van boon tot reep. We zijn er trots op de fijnste ambachtelijke chocolade te produceren. Herkomst en proces zijn essentieel voor onze afgewerkte repen. We betrekken cacao van de beste telers die de bonen ter plaatse fermenteren en drogen. Vervolgens passen we ons roosteren, malen en concheren aan om de best mogelijke smakende chocolade te verkrijgen.
