Complaint Procedure


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen occasionally that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that allows you to make a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it
about this. If the defect is within the warranty, we will provide repair or replacement at no charge.
