Pump Street Bakery Chocolate

Pump Street Bakery is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. After perfecting naturally risen bread, we began making artisan chocolate from cocoa beans we import directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world, from bean to bar.

We pride ourselves on producing the finest artisan chocolate. Provenance and process are essential to our finished bars. We source cocoa from the best growers who ferment and dry the beans on site. Then we adjust our roasting, grinding and conching to obtain the best tasting chocolate possible.

From his experience baking beautiful bread with the finest ingredients, Chris Brennan turned to making origins chocolates. Resulting in no fewer than 11 awards from the renowned Academy of Chocolate, five of them gold.
