Original Beans was founded in 2008, but the seed for the idea was planted as early as 1795. Philipp’s ancestor wrote a book about forests and the importance of sustainability. 213 years later, Philipp left his job at the United Nations to found a company that became one of the first climate-positive companies in the world, specializing in making delectable chocolate.
