Our Passion for Chocolate and Coffee: A Preview of Our Workshop

Introduction

The spring sun is slowly beginning to break through. And we are busy preparing for an event that makes our hearts beat faster: the Amsterdam Coffee Festival. From April 4 to 6, we will be present at the Westergasfabriek to share our love for chocolate and coffee.

Our journey began on a Sunday afternoon last week at Ief&Ido Koffiebranderij in The Hague, where we held the dry-run of our workshop. Surrounded by the aroma of freshly roasted coffee and the rich flavors of our chocolate, we found the perfect balance for our tasting.

A New World of Flavor

We have created surprising combinations and discovered unique flavor profiles that we are eager to share. Our exploration has taught us how a slightly acidic Ethiopian coffee can enhance the fruity notes in our dark chocolate, while an extended fermentation goes very well with a our own special chocolate bar.

We are determined to introduce the specialty coffee scene to our bean-to-bar craft chocolate. We believe the deep, complex flavors of our artisan chocolate will add a new dimension to the specialty coffee experience.
