The Chocolate Explorers in Utrecht have shaped me with love from natural butter, the juice of the palm and seed of the Foeniculum Vulgare. My aromas flutter around your ears like hair in a light breeze and my peers pale at my naked appearance. Light a candle, kick off your shoes, listen to the pure sounds of Barry White and let me spoil you with my mouth-watering tastecolors. If you prefer brunettes or bleaches, close your eyes and just go with my taste.

Where did I come from?

I have deodorized and natural cocoa butter in me from the Dominican Republic. The deodorized one has been stripped of all cocoa aromas and by combining it in a perfect ratio with the natural cocoa butter I get my irresistibly deep flavor. I’m blond and not stark white, because I’m sweetened with a sugar from the Arenga palm. This sugar comes from the Minahasa region of North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Because the sugar is produced collectively, fewer trees are cut down.

Then I was expertly ground and tempered in the Mesjokke chocolate factory.
