Produits des Îles SA (PISA) is a privately held company located in northern Haiti, near Cap Haïtien. It produces high-quality organic cocoa by paying a fair price to local producers.

This recipe combines our 70% Haiti PISA chocolate with lightly roasted cocoa beans.

This bar-bean-to-bar is handmade with love in our factory in France, near Paris. We’ve selected each bean that makes it together, roasted, peeled, ground, and conched. We then poured it and then carefully packed it by hand.
