Produits des Îles SA (PISA) is a privately held company located in northern Haiti, near Cap Haïtien. It produces high-quality organic cocoa by paying a fair price to local producers.

This recipe combines our 70% Haiti PISA chocolate with lightly roasted cocoa beans.
