Chocolate is changing!
Being contacted by the Solkiki team from the future year of 2073, we were trusted with the information that chocolate will be different in the future. The use of dairy has been phased out entirely as an ingredient for chocolate and direct alternatives to dairy aren’t as popular anymore. Instead people choose sustainable foods that do not need as many resources, like water, to grow, but great flavour is still very much preferred. No need to compromise on flavour. They beamed us back this recipe, which is now available to customers in the present!

This bar features an earthy base of pumpkin seeds, buckwheat and creamy undeodorised cacao butter. The star anise brings the earthy notes to a great depth adding depth of flavour, where the cardamom brings new heights and lightness to this chocolate and helps balance out the flavour.
