Zotter Schokolade
Zotter Chocolate. We make all our chocolate in our factory in Bergl. From roasting to packaging, we do it all ourselves. This makes us one of the few bean-to-bar producers in Europe. The roasting, grinding and conching is done in small quantities, adapted to the individual cocoa bean, so that we can extract the maximum flavor. We regularly travel to cocoa-growing areas to find the most sublime and rare cacao varieties.
