The Auro Reserve collection is carefully crafted from the finest beans from one estate. Auro approaches each variety and each harvest with a new perspective to highlight the particular characteristics of the terroir.
Mana means inheritance in Filipino. The origin of this cocoa is Saloy. The farmers there planted the trees forty or fifty years ago and have passed on to the next generations. Therefore, it is heritage, hence the name Mana. The difference with the Saloy bar is that Mana has been processed with a different protocol to make a different product. Without cocoa butter.
