Zotter Chocolate. Wij maken al onze chocolade in onze fabriek in Bergl. Van het roosteren tot de verpakking, we doen het allemaal zelf. Dit maakt ons een van de weinige bean-to-bar producenten in Europa. Het roosteren, malen en concheren gebeurt in kleine hoeveelheden, aangepast aan de individuele cacaoboon, zodat we de maximale smaak kunnen extraheren. We reizen regelmatig naar cacaoteeltgebieden om de meest sublieme en zeldzame cacaovariëteiten te vinden.
