We are a Russian and a German, who met in London, studied in Paris and got married in Denmark. Whenever abroad we familiarise with the local culture through their culinary specialities. With love for chocolate being one of our common passions settling in Brussels came with a bonus of living in the the the world’s chocolate capital.

One day a friend brought us a present: a Lithuanian (!) chocolate bar. Already impressed by the stylish cover we raved about the taste for days. This was when we discovered the bean-to-bar movement that has been taking off around the globe from Grenada to Lithuania and Island to Vietnam….but is (un)surprisingly little known in Belgium. We want to change this.
