For this bar, lightly roasted Colombian coffee beans have been tossed into the blender, along with Öko Caribe cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic. This results in a round and subtle coffee chocolate bar. Handmade, gently roasted, and slow-conched, enhancing the natural properties of the coffee and cocoa beans.

Mellow Chocolate, a high-quality chocolate maker from Denmark with a unique focus on single-origin, bean-to-bar chocolate.

In 2019, Mellow Chocolate started its journey in a modest, old wooden attic room. Their unchanging mission has always been to create chocolate of the purest and best quality, using only two carefully chosen ingredients: carefully produced cocoa beans and cane sugar.

The entire process of turning these beans into chocolate is done by hand in their artisan shop in Copenhagen. Their methods, products, and goals are all inspired by a sustainable approach, focusing on ethical cocoa farming, purely organic ingredients, and packaging without renewable plastic.

Each bar contains 53 grams of pure indulgence and is composed of the following organic ingredients:
