The cocoa from Belize is an old, almost forgotten variety. True heritage, because it has been cultivated there for hundreds of years and to this day it is kept pure and rarely crossed with other cocoa varieties.

Taste notes: aromatic, spicy and nutty, with a fruity and slightly smoky aftertaste. Notes of grains and grapes.
