A tribute to Beer City

Asheville has gained national attention for its thriving craft beer scene, offering more breweries per capita than almost any other U.S. city. To support this industry is a new kind of malthouse, one that provides locally grown, artisanal malts that add depth and character to beers. We are honored to partner with this innovative venture, Riverbend Malthouse, to bring you our malted milk chocolate: a milk chocolate with Heritage barley malts, milled locally by community grain miller, Carolina Ground. To make this chocolate, we roast malted barley and grind it with our cocoa and organic milk powder.
