Dandelion Chocolate

Born in early 2010, Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory in San Francisco’s Mission District. They make chocolate from just two ingredients: cocoa beans and organic cane sugar. They roast, crack, sort, sift, grind, roast and temper small quantities of cocoa beans to preserve the characteristics and nuanced flavors of each individual origin. They buy directly as much as possible and travel to origin as often as possible to build a strong relationship with their partners.
