Fine chocolate from the cocoa that grows and matures in the shade of the rainforests of the Sambirano Valley, in northwestern Madagascar. The beans are from their own plantations.

Tasting notes: fruit flavors, hints of citrus/peach and forest fruits, honey and caramel with a slightly acidic finish. Softly melting and fine texture.
