This bar made from white cocoa beans from Mexico is surprisingly light in color and sweet for a 70% with notes of mocha, hazelnuts and nice and creamy. Taucherli stands for water bird. Kaj, who once started out as a paver, wants to let people experience with his brand what real Swiss chocolate tastes like, of course made from bean-to-bar!
