This organically certified bean-to-bar chocolate from Paris is going to surprise you. Especially if you like chocolate from France, typically soft and flavorful. We love the frank notes of citrus fruits, yellow fruits with a slight acidity characteristic of Madagascar.

Our meeting with Bertil Akesson, producer in the Sambirano region of northern Madagascar, has allowed us to discover his exceptional cocoa from his Begofo property.
