A pure, smooth 70% col bar of fish flavours, hints of citrus/peach and forest fruits, honey and caramel with a slightly acidic finish.

Fine chocolate from the cocoa that grows and matures in the shade of the rainforests of the Sambirano Valley, in northwestern Madagascar. The beans are from their own plantations.

Tasting notes: soft in taste, citrus and forest fruits, honey and caramel. Smooth-melting and fine texture.

Made in an environment where milk and cashew nuts are also used.
