The Auro Reserve collection is carefully crafted from the finest beans from one estate. Auro approaches each variety and each harvest with a new perspective to highlight the particular characteristics of the terroir.

Paquibato is a community of nearly 2,500 inhabitants, which is part of the city of Davao, on the southern island of Mindanao. Davao was once the center of cocoa farming. Paquibato is located on the outskirts of this metropolis, in the folds of the tropical mountains.

Auro Chocolate is a proudly Filipino, bean-to-bar chocolate company that sustainably sources cocoa beans directly from local farming communities in Davao while doing our part to restore the Philippines’ heirloom varieties. We buy our beans at higher value to inspire quality and to give farmers the opportunity to improve their standard of living.

Since it launched in May 2015, we have been continuously searching for ways to innovate and elevate both the art of cacao farming and chocolate making.
