Akesson’s Madagascar Bejofo Estate 75 percent



Bejofo Estate is located in the Sambirano Valley, in the northwest of Madagascar. Bejofo Estate has been producing world-famous aromatic cocoa since 1920. In addition to 300 tons per year of Madagascar Trinitario cocoa, a very limited production of Criollo cocoa (2 tons per year) is harvested separately.

Taste notes: this chocolate has a very expressive cocoa aroma with subtle fruity-sweet sourness and pleasant flavor notes that evoke citrus and red berries.
