This gold-mining, white chocolate has a perfect balance of Ethiopian coffee, red peanuts, the whole pod of Madagascan vanilla, and a hint of pink salt. The directly traded, organic coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in the Yirgacheffe wetlands in Ethiopia, the birthplace of Arabica coffee. They are ground smoothly and work together harmoniously.
