Details: the Franceschi family, with their years of experience as cocoa farmers, take care of the harvesting, fermentation and drying of the cocoa beans. In addition to their own plantation, the family ensures that several farmers in the region work together as a cooperative. This takes a lot of work off the hands of the smaller farmers, such as transport to and from the plantations and transport to Europe.
