Laura 45% dark milk chocolate from Tobago Estate Chocolate is made from the Caribbean Trinitario cocoa from Tobago Island, a sister island of Trinidad, in France by Francois Pralus. The cocoa is soft and caramel with the notes of red cherries and dried fruits. A typical Trinitario.

From Duane Dove, owner of the plantation Tobago Estate West Indies, we learned that the name Laura comes from his maternal grandmother, who raised him. All the beautiful and warm memories he associates with her are expressed in chocolate. He dedicated the name of the tablet to his grandmother.
