The olive oil is made at the De Carlo family mill in Puglia, master olive oil makers since 1600. Here, the olives are lovingly harvested from ancient olive trees, as if in a sacred ritual, and then stone-milled within a few hours of picking together with organic lemons. The result is a soft green elixir, full of the aroma of this unique land.
All packaging is plastic-free and made in the UK. The outer packaging is printed on sustainable cardboard. The inner film is certified home and industrial compostable.
