Flavour Notes

The cacao is roasted in two contrasting profiles, the signature Split Roast technique of H&V: one roasting profile emphasises acidity and spicy notes, while the other profile delivers soft notes of ripe fruit and caramel. Dutch beet sugar enhances the fruitiness of the cacao without adding extra flavours.
