These organic washed cocoa beans come from Madagascar. The beans are processed whole, together with the skin and fruit of the pulp.

This method gives the chocolate a richer aroma, but it is also full of fiber and minerals. Special and unique!

Cocoa beans were processed in full, together with the shell and fruit pulp. The chocolate thus obtained is richer in aromas, dietary fibers and minerals. We used organic, washed Madagascan beans to make this chocolate.
