Where did I come from?

So that changes a few times a year. The guys from Mesjokke are on a continuous search for beautiful aromas and flavors of cocoa. And when they have found the right one, it will be chosen as the basis for the latest Limited Edition in the series.

In the Mesjokke factory in Utrecht, the cocoa is carefully roasted, unskinned, ground and tempered.
