Discover 100% processed bars from bean to bar directly in Bordeaux.
These beans were carefully selected by us and then hand-sorted, roasted, crushed and conched in our workshop located rue Fondaudège in Bordeaux in the purest tradition of “Bean to Bar”.
These beans come from the Urubamba Valley, also known as the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru.
Hasnaâ has adapted the roasting and concusing time to allow the succession of fresh and gourmet notes of red fruits (cherry, wild strawberry …) on a light mocha finish (coffee) to express itself at its best in this. Tablet.
These exceptional tablets contain only two ingredients: cocoa beans and organic cane sugar.
