Made with the beans of the Öko Caribe structure that we lightly roasted, this 85% chocolate has a nice cocoa and fruity balance.
This bean-to-bar bar is handmade with love in our factory in France, near Paris. We’ve selected each bean that makes it together, roasted, peeled, ground, and conched. We then poured it and then carefully packed it by hand.
