Our chocolate 100% Öko Caribe has notes of red fruits, plums and peat very surprising and with a very silky texture on the palate. It presents a nice bitterness.
This bean-to-bar bar is handmade with love in our factory in France, near Paris. We’ve selected each bean that makes it together, roasted, peeled, ground, and conched. We then poured it and then carefully packed it by hand.
