Details: the cooperative where this cocoa comes from consists of 650 families in more than 20 communities. The cocoa comes from different areas of the Esmeralda province. This is a province northwest of Ecuador near the border of Colombia.
Tasting notes: coffee, dried pumice and tannins as you would expect in red wine.
