Rare cocoa beans from Peru’s Marañon Gorge soaked in a premium single malt from Islay, a Scottish Hebridean island that produces whisky, famous for its strong peaty notes. Once the whiskey has evaporated from the nibs, they are mixed with chocolate made from the same origin.
