Gianduja – the inspired addition of hazelnut to chocolate. Born out of necessity in Napolean’s era (a way of making the chocolate go further) we created a white chocolate version of this recipe by by adding organic Italian Piedmont hazelnuts to natural Madagascan cacao butter, which allows the roasted hazelnut flavours to shine. Stoneground to smooth heaven for a few days, the chocolate has a lovely melt giving a very satisfying experience for mind and body. No-one makes white Gianduja like Solkiki!
